Your Rights and Obligations at 777ga

By accessing or using the 777ga platform in any capacity, you confirm your unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. This Agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform.

Your continued use of 777ga following any update to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. To register and maintain an active account on 777ga, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of 777ga or any affiliated entity, game supplier, or technology partner.

777ga does not knowingly permit minors to access its platform. If we discover that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit at our sole discretion.

Each eligible player may register one account only. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 777ga will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

777ga accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting deposits from third parties into your 777ga account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 777ga account instantly under normal operating conditions.
• Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to standard bank processing times of up to 24 hours in exceptional cases.
• 777ga does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which 777ga bears no responsibility.
• All deposited funds are held in your 777ga account balance and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt.

777ga reserves the right to perform enhanced due-diligence checks on any deposit at our discretion, which may temporarily delay the availability of deposited funds. We will notify you if such a review is triggered and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.

Players may request withdrawals of eligible real-money balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 60 seconds for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transfers under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals requested while identity verification is pending may be held until verification is complete.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• 777ga reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000 as part of our responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering procedures.

777ga offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each player is eligible to claim a specific bonus only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering in patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms — will have their accounts suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings voided.

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters directly relating to gameplay outcomes.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a third party's identity.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on 777ga.

• Using 777ga to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the 777ga platform without our prior written consent.

The 777ga name, logo, and associated brand marks are the exclusive property of the 777ga brand. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in any domain name, social media handle, promotional material, or third-party application — is strictly prohibited.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit 777ga's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

777ga reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent on-site notification.

Non-material amendments (such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, or updates required to comply with applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 777ga platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the official and binding language of this Agreement. In the event that any translation of this document is made available for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity, conflict, or discrepancy between the English text and any translated version.

All formal communications between 777ga and players — including account notices, verification requests, dispute correspondence, and amendment notifications — shall be conducted in English.
